Types of requests

There are three types of requests you can choose from when creating a new request. 

  • Normal request - customer is notified about creation of the request. He will also be fully notified about any changes made to the request.

  • Internal request - this is not fully notified to customer`s email. Only discussion posts will be sent to the customer, other kinds of notifications will be blocked.

  • Hidden request - this type of requests is completely blocked from the customer, no notifications are sent.

The default option when creating new request is 'normal request'. To change type of your new request click the arrow at the end of the button New request.
