Assigning operators to customer
Assigning existing operator to customer account can be done from the customers - settings page. Navigate to the Admin Zone -> Main menu -> Customers - settings.
Choose the customer you want to assign an operator to double click him.
Scroll down the General tab to find the Operators panel. You can see here the list of all assigned operators for this specific company. Click the green "+" button to open the list of existing operator accounts.
Click the checkbox of operator/s you want to assing to the customer. You can add multiple operators simply by clicking multiple checkboxes and clicking the Assign link at the end of one of selected operators as shown in the screen below.
This selecting funcionality allows you to assign or edit multiple operators/customers/groups at once.
