1.) To make evidence of requests more accurate​

Cases have more economic oriented fields compared to standart requests. For example information about wages, supplied material, to which department the job belongs to or whether the job has already been invoiced/paid or if the customer is late with the payment, more detailed information about the customer and so on. Requested information can also be accessed automatically from the billing section which is connected to supported economical software so you can get very detailed evidence.

2.) Supporting process management for company with dispatching(Service Desk)

Processes will include a rule that only requests assigned to cases will be solved. This will broaden the overview of ordered works and to make new unassigned request more transparent.

You can group requests to cases by your own criteria.
